Just surrounding area out side the building was not so clean

Super well furnished! Small but mighty. Love the updated and modern vibes as everything is well-designed. Thoughtful details include beside USB ports right at bedside, hair dryer outside the bathroom next to a giant mirror (means one person can blow dry their hair without hogging the bathroom), another mirror at the desk (no fighting over mirror space here!), clothes iron and ironing board, and free Nepresso coffee. There were lots of wall shelves and a small hanging rod. Everything was incredibly clean and I hope it stays that way! Nothing worse than black moldy caulking and dirty grout lines. There’s AC in the room too which will be a godsend in the summer time.

-The check-in process feels incredibly cumbersome. As everything is done virtually, you’re required to verify your identity in advance before being sent check-in details like the access code to your room and the building itself. I could see older guests getting frustrated. And one of the verification steps requires you to enter a secure code sent via text. For travelers who aren’t planning on getting a local phone plan, or haven’t set up their SIM yet upon arrival, this is definitely a barrier. -the verification instructions are sent via Booking.com’s messaging portal which automatically redacts any website links. It also took awhile for me to explain to Sonder staff that they need to directly email me instead -when we first got into the room, it took a bit of fumbling finding the main light switches in the dark. There is only one switch for the room and it’s next to the bed. -ladies, some of the rooms have the sink pressed right up against the toilet, if you’re blessed in the chest, just a warning this is going to be uncomfortable. -London is rainy! The rooms are missing wall hooks where we can hang wet coats. There is a small hanging rod but it does mean all the water will pool onto the table above the safe. -same with the bathroom – more hooks please! Either on the back of the door or on the wall - this should help with the fact that there’s no where to put stuff. -the only light switch for the whole room was on the nightstand. It was pitch dark when we first got in and fumbled for a long time looking for it near the entryway and door. -Wifi was really spotty and we ended up using a lot of our own data plan

No lifts past the 2nd floor

The room and furniture are modern and clean. Functional, although very small. Ok for 1 person, for 2 it's tight, specially if you have luggage. Bed is comfortable. Good location as well, very close to Tube and Hyde Park.

It was expensive for such tight space. If you're a tall person, you may not really fit in, seriously.

Location and ease of getting in and out of Hotel with no key.

The size of the room was smaller than last time. I will ask for room on higher floor as this room was also noisy as well as small even though it was a double room!

glass door for toilet not close totally so the steam come out while shower. and not good if share room with glass door for toilet.

There was no breakfast. NICE staff.

Couldn’t open the window. No writing table in the room or elsewhere in the house.

Very helpful staff. Small room but it had every amenity you could possibly need. Great location and loved the automatic key entry feature. Very clean room.

The bed was a bit firm for me but that’s NOT a negative just a preference

Location was great, good restaurants nearby, Paddington station around the corner. Hotel was stylish and clean.

I could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, very poor isolation. Room was very hot, window was not to open. Lift didn‘ t work, had to carry 2 x 23 kg luggage down the narrow staircase

Really convenient to airport and city. We’ll maintained. Friendly staff.

Location. Close to everything you need

Accommodation. No a/c, bathroom is small difficult to fit. Staff is not accomodating. You feel they are annoyed if you ask for something.

The proximity to Paddington

The rooms were noisy. You could hear everything from the outside and from other rooms. The furniture was cheap. In the bathroom, when using the toilet, my head was touching the sink, so much the bathroom was narrow and small. A place I would recommend to no one.

The location

The absence of lift. I had to carry luggage of 30 kg to and from the 3rd floor, the porter was not around either. The room was super tiny, no room for baggage and place for toiletries.

Loved the location. It is right down the street, less than a block, from Paddington Train Station with direct train line to Heathrow Airport Terminals leaving every 15 minutes, and plenty of good restaurants. They served good European breakfast. The beds were superb, the first to sleep on new mattresses. The Hop-on Hop-off bus right around the corner. Communal area in the middle of the hotel row for picnics. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was also great.

Small bathroom. But by no means do not let that stop you from staying at this hotel.

I likes the location as it was very easy to locate and maneuver to my next destination. Breakfast was good and on time

I didn't like the fact that they don't accept dollars so the receptionist forces me to leave my passport in his custody. Felt like I was being held prisoner. The room was very tiny and the bathroom tinier

Clean and convenient for tube station

Room and bathroom very small and cramped and incredibly hot! fan provided didn't do much and was no bedside lamps!

The room was more than big enough for a 2 night stay and thankfully there was a fan in the room as London was 30 degrees during our stay. Great location near Hyde Park and Paddington Station with lots of places nearby for food and drink and a nice private park across the road. Nice small TV in the room, although the reception was fading in and out at times. Breakfast was a selection of pastries, yoghurt, slices of cheese, eggs, bread / toast, beans, cereal, fruit juices, water and tea/coffee. The bed and pillows were really comfy and the staff were friendly (especially the lady on reception when we were checking out).

The only thing that let the room down was the tiny bathroom and shower cubicle. I felt like a contortionist trying to fit in it at times. Sat down for the toilet and caught my chest on the sink on the way down as there's just not enough room for the toilet, sink and shower in the tiny space but the shower itself was brilliant with 2 shower heads (large and small). No hairdryer in room, had to ask at reception and pay a £5 deposit which you get back when returning it.

Staff were very freindly, it was fairly clean and it was very central to where we needed to be (hyde park)

The room was not idealy located and had no breeze coming through the window due to being surrounded by walls

Location was perfect, get the express train to Paddington from Stansted hotel is right around the corner.

Bathroom/Shower was very small. But! The shower was very good

The guy when we arrived wasn't the best with customer relations. we booked on-line and booked a room with a double bed and a single but were greeted with three single beds.There was a lady helping in the dining room at breakfast and she was wearing high heeled shoes that were making a noise on the flooring which wasn't very fitting with breakfast time she walked around a lot compared to the other staff, other than that the stay was enjoyable.
